
The Supaloc pairing took the final day very cautiously after going in with a huge lead.
"We were under a great deal of pressure today, it was our event to lose so we didn't put caution to the wind," said the jubilant Weeks.
"It's possibly the last time we will see the Porsche domination of a classic rally as I think the future may rest with those big powerful Commodores - I might have to get one of those" he laughed.
"Rebecca did an unbelievable job pointing me in the right direction and the car was a delight to drive".
"The Porsche put in a faultless display this week" commented Supaloc head mechanic Brad Greenslade.
"It can be a temperamental little car so we are thrilled that it was maintenance only for the boys behind the scenes."
"Our Supaloc suspension really provided us with the edge that was required" commented Rebecca.
"Kevin got the job done again with a superb drive - I really wouldn't want to do this with anyone else."
The team have now won the much sought after title for three years in a row.
With entrants in this years rally coming from every state and territory, plus seven overseas countries, spectators were provided with a vast array of spectacular vehicles to watch. Huge numbers attended the lunch time stops to grab a close up look.
The glitzy black tie presentation dinner was held last evening at the Adelaide Convention Centre. The Supaloc team were gracious recipients of a great deal of the hardware presented. The team paid tribute to event organisers, fellow competitors and offered their thanks to the many hundreds of officials that gave of their time to run the event.

Late Classic - 1st Kevin Weeks/Bec Crunkhorn ( 72 Porsche 911 RS) - 1hr 59min 19.5 sec.
Modern - 5th Andrew Burnard/Tim Margach (Mitsubishi EVO VIII MR) - 2 hrs 2min 19.9 sec.
