Stage fourteen today saw the withdrawal of overnight leaders Gleeny & Lang. The pair had thrown down a sizeable challenge early in the 2009 Classic Adelaide Championship battle.

The Supaloc team whom are racing their own designed and built shocker/suspension combination for the first time in this event were happy today that they had quickly and easily been able to tune the shockers to provide a very maneuverable and responsive package.

Many onlookers of all ages turned out at the seaside town ship of Goolwa for the lunchtime stop. Large numbers were seen to obtain both autographs and photographs with drivers.

With the power of all race cars zapped yesterday with the excessive heat it was a nice return to power and performance today.

The magnificently prepared Porsche RS is a definite head turner as it passes through the townships.

"We have two full days yet to run" explained driver Kevin Weeks. "We will push the car and ourselves to our limits as there are many team and cars snapping at our heels" he commented.
